If your church or organization does not have an effective discipleship ministry, you will want to talk with Doug Wood and hear what he has to offer. Leaders in the church are made in the same way Jesus made His, personal discipleship. There is no substitutes or short cuts when it comes to building spiritually mature people who can lead others to Christ, help them grow in their faith, and in turn who can lead others to Christ and so on. I highly recommend a meeting with Doug to learn more about the training he has to offer you and your church or organization.
